This regional training day is designed to support both aspiring and existing instructors in developing their instructional skills and personal effectiveness.

With a focus on personal development, sessions will be tailored to participants' abilities, prevailing conditions, and the equipment being used. Candidates will be actively encouraged to contribute to session planning, helping to maximise learning opportunities and relevance
